About Me
With over 9 years experience in the real estate industry, I got my start in real estate development at Santa Maria Golf Community in Baton Rouge, LA. Santa Maria is one of Baton Rouge's premier master planned golf course communities. Charlie Cole, Santa Maria's mastermind behind the development, and Mark Bennett, the lead sales expert, proved to be fine mentors who would prepare the way for my growing real estate career. I learned all the aspects of developing a master planned community from conceptual through construction and development, to sales of the fully developed lots. I sat on the Board for the Santa Maria Design Review Committee. We reviewed all plans for new construction for compliance and accuracy, both functional and aesthetic. After selling off our final filing at Santa Maria, I went on to Keller Williams, where I practiced residential, investment, and commercial real estate. After 4 years of experience, I decided I was ready to open my own brokerage. I opened both a real estate brokerage and property management company. We assisted local and out of state investors with property acquisitions, then followed through to provide property management through the property management company. Today I still practice residential, commercial, and investment real estate, but I have also added auctioning as an added service. Our ever changing market has thirsted for new sales solutions. Auctions provide faster guaranteed sales for sellers who need to move property. The process is stress free for the buyers as well. We walk them from auction through closing so that everything goes smoothly. Joining forces with Henderson Auctions, we are opening new doors for
